Houston-Area CRE Firms Join Forces

Maverick Advisors Group and Black Label Commercial Group have announced that they will merge operations in the far north Houston metro. Maverick Advisors will take on the Black Label branding, and move into its partner’s office space at 1610 Farm-to-Market 1960 in May.

According to a spokesperson for both firms, Houston’s commercial real estate market growth was the impetus behind the merger. The firms operate on land, retail, office, industrial, investment, property management and multifamily deals.

When combined, the firms will have 10 employees and an annual transaction volume of more than $60 million. The new firm plans to hire more employees.
