Houston’s LandPark Hangs San Antonio Shingle

LandPark Advisors LLC, a full-service real estate management, leasing and investment company headquartered in Houston, has extended its reach into San Antonio with a new office at 1777 N.E. Loop 410. The goal of the office is to serve the Central Texas region. Ric Holland, senior vice president with LandPark Commercial, will head the Central Texas office.

“After several years of steady growth in the greater Houston area, we are extremely excited to be opening a new office and expanding our services in the Central and South Texas markets,” said Bill McGrath, president of LandPark Advisors LLC. “Just as we’ve done in Houston, our focus in these markets will be to provide greater value for our clients, and to create new partnerships and opportunities in office, retail, industrial and self-storage.”

LandPark Advisors has three divisions: LandPark Commercial (property management), LandPark Holdings (investment) and Right Move Storage (self-storage).
