Houston Premium Outlets Welcomes Three New Tenants
Simon Property Group announced that Ralph Lauren, L’Occitane and Old Navy will open shop at the Houston Premium Outlets in summer 2018. The new tenants are part of a major refresh of the 541,000-square-foot outlet mall in Cypress, TX, approximately 30 miles northwest of downtown Houston.
- Polo Ralph Lauren Factory will lease 6,535 square feet to feature men and women’s clothing and accessories. The store is set to open in early summer.
- L’Occitane, a French beauty and organic cosmetics brand, will open in 971 square feet in July.
- Old Navy will open a 12,000-square-foot outlet store in late summer.
The center, located at 29300 Hempstead Rd., has been upgraded with exterior paint, energy-efficient lighting and touch-screen digital directors. The Indianapolis-headquartered Simon also introduced food trucks to the retail property.
