HOTWORX Continues Houston-Area Expansion

Boutique fitness company HOTWORX continued its Houston-area expansion, with plans to open up shop at three more locations. The company, headquartered in Louisiana, projects a total of 30 locations throughout the Houston metro. The first location opened in Katy (in Cinco Ranch) in early 2018. The three just-leased locales are:

2,145 square feet at Shops at Woodforest, 2300 Woodforest Pkwy N., Montgomery

2,000 square feet at 5215 FM 1463, Fulshear

2,000 square feet at Yale & 5th in Houston’s Heights neighborhood

Brett Levinson and Kyle Knight with Weitzman are representing HOTWORX. Levinson indicated that the fourth and fifth locations are in the works. Space requirements range from 1,800-2,000 square feet, either endcaps or in-line spaces.
