Holland Proposes $400M MF Tower on Former County Courthouse Site
Vancouver, WA-based Holland Partner Group proposed a $400-million mixed-use development on a site in San Diego that formerly housed a county courthouse. The 37-story tower is envisioned to include 431 apartments, 270,493 square feet of office space and nearly 19,000 square feet of retail space.
Holland secured the rights from the county to develop the 54,647-square-foot site that’s bounded by Broadway, Union, Front and C streets. The developer hopes to begin construction this summer, once the property sale is completed and final approvals on the new building are secured.
The former courthouse at 220 W. Broadway, vacant since summer 2017, was replaced by a newer facility.
Connect Apartments is planned next month in Los Angeles. You can get more information and register to attend on this link.
