Holladay Properties Breaks Ground on Logistics Park Near Nashville Airport

Holladay Properties has broken ground on Phase III of Airport Logistics Park, a 95-acre master-planned industrial park located on Old Murfreesboro Pike near the Nashville International Airport.

Airport Logistics Park can accommodate users from 15,000 to 150,000 square feet. The property features access to Downtown Nashville, Interstates 40 and 24 and Briley Parkway Loop. The park and buildings are designed to maintain operating cost efficiencies for the users of the buildings. Ronnie Wenzler of Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office has been tapped to oversee leasing at the property.

“Airport Logistics Park has certainly filled a need for new, modern industrial space within Davidson County that tenants are seeking,” said Allen Arender, senior vice president of development at Holladay Properties. “We delivered the first two phases to meet the rising demand for modern Class A distribution, manufacturing and flex product near the airport. Airport Logistics Park is situated on one of the last remaining undeveloped IR zoned parcels within the airport industrial corridor.”
