HOK Renews at 5 Bryant Park with Long-Term Extension
HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm, renewed its 34,039-square-foot lease at Savanna’s 5 Bryant Park. A 5 Bryant Park tenant for 10 years, HOK signed a long-term extension that maintains its footprint beyond 2030.
“The renewal of our lease at 5 Bryant Park expresses our confidence in the resurgence of New York City,” said Carl Galioto, managing principal of HOK’s New York office.
“We’re extremely pleased to announce HOK’s long-term commitment to 5 Bryant Park,” said Savanna’s Cooper Kramer. “The attributes that drew our attention to the building two years ago have only become more appealing to tenants.”
HOK was represented by JLL’s Jim Wenk, Kirill Azovtsev and Alison Buck. “HOK and Savanna worked collaboratively to optimize HOK’s space and secure a mutually beneficial lease renewal at 5 Bryant Park,” said Wenk.
The CBRE team of Paul Amrich, Neil King and Meghan Allen represented Savanna in negotiations.
