Hodges Ward Elliott Adds Dalicandro as VP

Frank Dalicandro has joined Hodges Ward Elliott (HWE) as a VP in its New York office.

In his new role, Dalicandro will build upon the firm’s growing investment sales platform by overseeing financial underwriting and generating transactional opportunities across a variety of commercial real estate sectors. He’ll work alongside the firm’s commercial team leadership, including managing directors Paul Gillen, Daniel Parker, and Anthony Ledesma.

Dalicandro brings nearly a decade of investment advisory and financial services experience to his new role at HWE. He most recently served in a similar role on the investment sales team at Jones Lang LaSalle in New York for three years.

“Frank’s transaction experience and deep understanding of the local markets made him an ideal fit for HWE,” said Gillen. “He will play a key role in the continued growth of our team, and we look forward to his future contributions.”
