Historic Route 66 Retail Asset On Market for $28.6M

A nearly 100,000-square-foot historic landmark retail property just hit the market. Thomas Winery Plaza, a multi-tenant center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is being offered for sale at $28.6 million. The property, located along historic Route 66, is more than 90% occupied, and features a diverse mix of more than 30 national and regional/local retailers.

Site of California’s oldest winery established in 1839, the property was built in 1989 and underwent a substantial renovation in 2008, including major architectural facade renovations and common area enhancements. Architectural elements were also added to memorialize the property’s history, including repurposing the Thomas Winery building to accommodate retail uses.

The exclusive joint-listing on behalf of a private real estate partnership involves Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Brad Umansky and Frank Vora, and Hanley Investment Group’s Bill Asher.
