The former, historic Anderson Farms, the last working ranch in Jasper County in Southeast Texas, is now on the market. The ranch comes with a three-bedroom house, a two-acre vineyard, a one-acre fishing pond multiple barns, and a whopping 201 acres – all for an asking price of $1.2 million.

Located 45 minutes northeast of Beaumont on Farm-to-Market Road 82, the property, dubbed “Ranch 82,” is being marketed by Republic Ranches. Those who like to hunt, can – and the vineyard produces muscadine grapes.
