Hines, McCaffery Sign Fourth Retail Tenant to Lincoln Common

Hines and McCaffery Brokerage have signed Athletico Physical Therapy to 4,377 square feet at Lincoln Common, a mixed-use development spanning 6.04 acres in Lincoln Park. Athletico, which has several locations in the Chicago region, is the project’s fourth signed retail tenant, joining Velvet Taco, Kohler Waters Spa and Equinox Fitness.

“Athletico is a great resource for the residents of Lincoln Common. We’re pleased to welcome them, and we are certain the community will truly benefit from their presence at the Lincoln Common,” said Dan McCaffery, CEO of McCaffery Interests, which is co-developing the complex with Hines.

Lincoln Common is comprised of residential housing, retail and office spaces. Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and Antunovich Associates, the development is centrally-located in Lincoln Park at the intersection of Lincoln, Fullerton and Halsted.
