Hines to Build 150-Acre Pintail Crossing

Hines is getting ready to build a 150-acre, Class A business park it is dubbing Pintail Crossing, in the far-west Houston suburb of Katy, TX. The Houston developer is building the 150-acre project at Interstate 10 and Igloo Road, with partner Katy Partners Ltd.

Upon buildout, the master-planned park will hold up to 2.2 million square feet of space, and Hines is in discussions to develop at least 1.5 million square feet for speculative use. Buildings will range from 100,000 square feet-1.2 million square feet. The focus will be on build-to-suit transactions, geared toward regional and local distribution requirements to serve the Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets.

Andrew Sowell and Bo Pettit with Boyd Commercial LLC will be handling the development’s leasing assignment.
