Hines Inks 424,000 SF at Beltway Southwest

Hines, based in Houston, has leased space to three tenants at its under-construction, 75-acre Beltway Southwest Business Park, located at the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and Fort Bend Toll Road in southwest Houston.

German medical and safety technology company Drager preleased 40,000 square feet, while Stafford, TX-based Maintenance Supply will take 209,000 square feet in a build-to-suit lease. Also agreeing to a build-to-suit lease is Homelegance, based in California, which will take 175,000 square feet. Completion dates range from early to late summer of this year.

Beltway Southwest Business Park will eventually accommodate 950,000 square feet of light manufacturing and distribution space. Sixty percent of the 734,000 square feet currently under construction is now preleased.
