Hines Inks 29K-SF Lease on PHX’s Camelback Corridor
Chicago-based RSM US signed a lease for 28,828 square feet of space at 24th at Camelback I in Phoenix. The leading U.S. provider of audit, tax and consulting services will occupy space at Hines’ 302,209-square-foot office building beginning in 2018
Built in 2000, 24th at Camelback I is an eight-story, Class A office property at 2375 E. Camelback Rd. that achieved LEED Platinum certification.
Savills Studley’s Rick Schuham and Tom Johnston represented the tenant. CBRE’s Bryan Taute and Tim Watters represented the landlord.
“24th at Camelback I is located along Phoenix’s prestigious Camelback Corridor and offers tenants exceptional visibility, building design and access to nearby amenities, which ultimately helped attract RSM to this high-profile location,” said CBRE’s Taute.
