Himmel’s Architectural Buys Industrial Property for Houston Entry

Himmel’s Architectural Door & Hardware acquired a 20,500-square-foot industrial facility on Houston’s northwest side. The south Louisiana-headquartered company will plant its first flag in Texas as a factory-direct distributor of door frames, wood and metal doors, exit devices, locks, access panels and other entry/egress products.

Jake Wilkinson with NAI Partners represented the buyer. Vigavi Realty LLC of Houston sold the 10-year-old property, which is situated on 2.5 acres at 4750 Windfern Rd. The seller had owned the asset since spring 2010.

Himmel’s, which has its headquarters in Prairieville, LA, also has locations in New Orleans, Lake Charles, and now Houston.
