Hillwood Unveils Plans for 1M SF AllianceTexas Spec Space

Hillwood, developer of the more than 26,000-acre master-planned AllianceTexas, unveiled plans for two speculative buildings, totaling approximately 1.3 million square feet. Alliance Center North 7, in Fort Worth, will measure 810,908 square feet, while Alliance Northport 2, in Northlake, TX, will offer 459,762 square feet. Hillwood will break ground on both buildings in September, with completion scheduled for mid-2020.

Both structures offer 36-foot clear height, cross-dock configuration, on-site trailer storage and adjacent land for expansion. They are in proximity to the FedEx Express Southwest Regional Hub, Fort Worth Alliance Airport and GNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility.

“Over the last 18 months, Hillwood has launched almost six million square feet of new industrial projects at AllianceTexas, leasing over three million square feet of that space while still under construction,” said Hillwood’s Tony Creme. “These new buildings are a result of Hillwood’s ‘on-demand’ approach of continuously having Class A speculative space available for immediate occupancy.”
