Hillwood Expands National Logistics Team

Dallas-based Hillwood expanded its acquisition, development and joint venture investment business focused on logistics/industrial real estate investment opportunities throughout the U.S. That encompassed the addition of three executives and the promotion of another.

Hillwood’s Tom Fishman (pictured) says, “As we continue to grow our U.S. logistics/industrial business, we recognized a need for additional strategic support. With the growth of our team, Hillwood will expand into new markets while maintaining momentum in our existing markets.”

The additions include:

  • Based in Atlanta, Amy Curry will focus on sourcing logistics/industrial opportunities on the East Coast. Previously with GLP, Curry was directly responsible for a 90-million-square-foot industrial portfolio throughout 21 U.S. markets.
  • Located in Dallas, Charlie Cullum will focus on the Midwestern states, along with Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Texas. Cullum was previously a director of industrial acquisitions and JV’s for L&B Realty Advisors.
  • Also based in Dallas, Jason Kushner will focus on the western third of the U.S., including Colorado, Utah, Arizona, California and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining Hillwood, Kushner was with Exeter Property Group.
  • Emily Brandt was promoted and will provide underwriting, analysis, and research support for the entire team.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
