Highway 288 and W. Orem Pre-Leasing Commences

Weitzman has launched pre-leasing activities on Highway 288 and W. Orem, a 12,100-square-foot retail center plus free-standing pad in Houston’s central southwest area. The neighborhood-oriented retail development at West Orem Drive and City Park Central Lane is scheduled to begin construction in January 2020. The construction start is not contingent on leasing activities, according to a Weitzman spokesperson.

Weitzman’s Kyle Knight and Brett Levinson are handling pre-leasing for the multi-tenant center.

The project is being built in City Park, a 475-acre master-planned community that is part of the 663-acre City Park mixed-use development. Upon buildout, City Park will have 1,300 homes.
