Harding and Geraci each bring more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, while Dierckman adds 20 years and Walk contributes nearly 17 years. They’ve worked with institutional investors as well as landlords, asset managers, and developers including RREEF, ING Clarion, Voit Development, Cabot, Dexus, TA Associates, Invesco, Unire, Rexford Industrial, AMB, and Legacy Partners.

Colliers’ Jodie Poirier says of the additions, “I’m thrilled to welcome this high-performing team to Colliers International. Our industrial business is a critical component of our platform and adding a team of their caliber further solidifies our commitment to excellence as we continue to scale to meet the growing demands of our clients.”
