HFF Hangs Phoenix Shingle

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP (HFF) is expanding its U.S. western presence by opening an office in Phoenix. The office is HFF’s 23rd location in the United States, and will open in late summer.

HFF’s Jeremy Womack is relocating from the company’s Austin, TX office to launch and operate the new office. Joining him will be C.J. Osbrink, from HFF’s Orange County office.

“HFF has been active in the local Phoenix market for more than 20 years, and strongly believes in the city’s economic strength and growth prospects into the foreseeable future,” said Kevin MacKenzie, senior managing director and co-head of HFF’s West Coast Region. MacKenzie and Executive Managing Director Scott Galloway are overseeing the Phoenix launch.
