HealthCor Leases 20K-SF at 55 Hudson Yards

HealthCor Management, a healthcare investment manager, has signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of office space at 55 Hudson Yards on the Far West Side of Manhattan.

The 1.3-million-square-foot tower will open in 2018 between two public spaces, the High Line and Hudson Park & Blvd.

Brian Goldman and Matt Lorberbaum of NKF represented HealthCor in the transaction. Stephen Winter of the Related Companies and Bob Alexander and Howard Fiddle of CBRE represented the building owners Related.
