Health and Wellness: The Latest Office Amenity

Tishman Speyer is offering a new suite of services to companies that rent space in its buildings — starting at its Rockefeller Center property and soon to spread through its global portfolio — including companies of all sizes.

Known as “Zo,” the services include backup child care, on-site health screenings, travel planning, community volunteer engagement, personal grooming, rideshares and others. The amenities are  being provided through service provider partnerships.

“Instead of defining ourselves by the square feet we own, we will define ourselves by the quarter-million people who use the square feet and how well we tend to them,” said Rob Speyer, CEO of Tishman Speyer. “Zo represents a shift in the mindset of how we run our business and our portfolio.”
