Headquarters by WeWork Comes to Seventh Ave. Tower

WeWork has entered into an agreement with the Adler Group to secure 52,477 square feet at 550 Seventh Ave. in the Garment District. The deal for five non-contiguous floors will be for the company’s Headquarters by WeWork offering, which subleases space to midsized clients.

“We’re seeing more and more medium sized companies coming to us, wanting to be a part of our community, and are thrilled to have secured this location moments from Bryant Park,” said WeWork’s Granit Gjonbalaj.

At Adler Group, President Kristin Fisher said, WeWork’s innovative approach in the workplace, coupled with their diverse global network and community, will allow us to better cater to companies from a range of sectors including but not limited to fashion, technology, media and creative services.”

WeWork’s Arash Gohari led a team that secured the location. The Kaufman Organization’s Michael Heaner, Elliot Warren and Sam Stein represented WeWork and the Adler Group.
