HCATS Fills Last Availability at 75 Commerce Dr. in Allendale, NJ

Hitachi Chemical Advanced Therapeutics Solutions (HCATS) will occupy 50,000 square feet at 75 Commerce Dr., a 115,000-square-foot, flex property in Allendale, NJ.

“We are excited to announce the closing of our latest leasing transaction, which brings 75 Commerce Drive to full occupancy,” said Jeffrey Heller, principal and managing director of the New Jersey office of Avison Young, who with Marc. S. Krieger represented the building owners.

HCATS, a global service provider specializing in cellular therapies, research, and development, was represented in this transaction by CBRE’s Randy Eigen.
