HCA Houston Healthcare Announces 48K-SF Pearland Training Center

HCA Houston Healthcare unveiled plans for a 48,400-square-foot training center in Pearland Town Center. The center, dubbed the HCA Healthcare Center for Clinical Advancement, will provide clinical education and training for the health system’s nearly 7,000 nurses, while providing new hire orientation and leadership education. Construction will begin in late February 2020, with completion scheduled for early 2021.

Situated at 11200 Broadway in Pearland, TX, on the Houston MSAs far south side, the center will standardize training across the health system’s operations. “The HCA Healthcare Center for Clinical Advancement is a significant part of our strategic nursing plan to support and grow our nurses as the differentiator at our hospitals and other facilities,” said HCA Houston Healthcare’s Kelli Nations, in a statement. “It certainly helps us raise the bar for nursing care in Houston.”

CBL Properties owns the 650,000-square-foot Pearland Town Center.
