Harrison Street Adds Managing Director in Client Services
Elizabeth Wohlleb has joined Harrison Street as managing director on the investment firm’s client services and marketing team. She was most-recently a managing director at Greenfield Partners.
“Elizabeth brings more than 20 years of experience and deep, longstanding relationships within the institutional investment community,” said Christopher Merrill, CEO of the firm, which specializes in the healthcare real estate, student housing and self-storage sectors. “We look forward to her contributions, as we seek to further meet the growing demands of sophisticated institutional investors.”
Before working at Greenfield, where she led marketing and business development strategies across its funds, Wohlleb was director of client relations at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management’s RREEF, managing over 130 clients and $4 billion in assets under management in the Midwest region.
Prior to RREEF, Wohlleb served as a principal at Capri Capital Partners, where she held increasingly senior roles managing the firm’s institutional investor relationships.
