Harlem Mixed-Use Comes to Market at $7M

A 19-unit mixed-use building in Central Harlem is coming to market via Ariel Property Advisors, which has been retained to sell 112-114 W. 116th St. The asking price for the five-story property is $7 million.

Ariel’s Victor Sozio, Orry Michael, Michael A. Tortorici and John Higgins are representing the seller.

The fully occupied walk-up building, which spans 18,000 square feet, is situated on the south side of West 116th Street between Saint Nicholas and Lenox avenues. The asset contains 16 Class A rent-stabilized apartments and three retail units.

Additionally, the property is steps away from the 2 and 3 subway stations, providing residents with convenient access throughout Manhattan and outer-borough locations.
