Harlem 125 Half-Leased in Two Months
More than half of the 75 new apartments at Harlem 125 have leased in just two months.
Greystone Development built the new tower at 69 E. 125th St. in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood. Rents start at $1,950 for studios, according to listings on StreetEasy, offered by Citi Habitats New Developments.
“We wanted to offer a product that was, up until now, absent in this marketplace. And with leasing reaching 50% in less than two months, this only affirms our belief that Harlem is a very desirable and highly sought-after residential neighborhood,” said Jeffrey Simpson, head of Greystone Development.
The high-rise also includes 5,600 square feet of ground floor retail on 125th St., with 2,250 already leased to the MTA for its new 2nd Avenue subway community information center.
