Harlem 125 75% Leased

The new apartments at Harlem 125 are already 75% leased in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood. Leasing started in May for the 75 apartments at 69 E. 125th St., including 15 affordable apartments.

“Harlem 125 has successfully filled a need for quality housing in this uptown market, and has received a great amount of interest,” said Jeffrey Simpson, head of Greystone Development, which opened the two tower development.

Dave Maundrell of Citi Habitats is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Net effective rents start at $2,500 a month.
