Harbor Group Expands into LA, Greg Heller Joins to Lead

Harbor Group International, LLC expanded on the West Coast with the opening of an office in Los Angeles and the appointment of Greg Heller to lead expansion efforts. Heller joins as SVP of Acquisitions from JRK Property Holdings.

“HGI continues to grow its focus on west coast investments, and the timing was right to establish a foothold in Los Angeles,” said HGI’s T. Richard Litton, Jr. “We are excited to welcome Greg Heller to the team to lead the effort. Greg has significant experience in acquisitions, particularly on the west coast and he is a perfect addition to our growing company.”

Heller’s responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting acquisitions opportunities, as well as coordinating due diligence and closing efforts.

Heller completed more than $2 billion of transactions totaling in excess of 16,000 apartment units at JRK. Earlier in his career, he worked on Deutsche Bank’s Institutional Equity Sales desk in New York.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
