Han’s Laser Establishes Southwest HQ in Carrollton

Han’s Laser, a China-based manufacturing company, inked a 44,685-square-foot deal for its subsidiary, Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group North America. The laser machinery provider will centralize and consolidate its southwest U.S. operations at 2251 Chenault Dr. in Carrollton, TX.

The facility will house 75 employees and include a showroom, office and manufacturing component, in which it will manufacture industrial laser sheet-metal equipment.

“Securing a crane-served, heavy office flex-facility, with ample parking and warehouse clear height, was essential for Hans Laser,” said Chad Albert SIOR with NAI Robert Lynn, who represented the tenant in the deal. “We were fortunate to locate an ‘off-market’ facility that checked every box for their unique requirement.”

The facility’s owner is listed as Magdy Elwany of Carrollton, TX.
