Gurnee Parcel Sells for Future Hotel Use

A land parcel at 5742 Northridge Dr. in Gurnee, IL was recently sold to a developer with plans to build a hotel. Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller. The 2.64-acre land parcel, improved with a 24,000-square-foot, single-story building, sold for $1 million.

“The excellent expressway exposure along with immediate access to the Grand Ave interchange, proximity to Gurnee Mills, Six Flags Great America and Great Wolf Lodge among other area attractions made it an easy choice for a new development,” said Cawthon.

The land site received zoning relief from the City of Gurnee, enabling the buyer to move forward with hotel development plans.
