Grubhub Extends and Expands at Five Bryant Park

Grubhub has extended its lease and will expand its office space to fill two floors and part of a third at Five Bryant Park, a 34-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

“Grubhub has been a valued tenant at 5 Bryant Park for over five years, and we are pleased to accommodate its remarkable growth,” said Zach Freeman, vice president of leasing for building owner Equity Office. Equity has completed a substantial capital program at the tower, which uncovered a 40-foot by 18.5-foot mosaic mural entrance by artist Max Spivak in 1958.

Jeff Fischer of CBRE represented Grubhub. Equity Office was represented in-house by Freeman and Scott Silverstein, as well as by Brian Waterman, Josh Gosin, Lance Korman, Alexander Radmin and Brent Ozarowski of Newmark Knight Frank.
