GRS Group’s May Reflects on Connect O.C.

GRS Group was one of the many sponsors of the Connect Orange County conference earlier this summer. Kevin May, a director with the environmental-engineering firm, recently reflected on the Conference and how surprisingly strong the office market is in Orange County.

May is impressed by the strong development taking place in the office sector, as well as rising rental rates. He also mentions the diversity of tenants in the market, which was not the case in previous years when Orange County was hit hard by the recession.
