Groundbreaking Commences on 646K-SF International Logistics Center

Cabot Properties Inc. has joined forces with Stream Realty Partners to begin construction on the 40-acre, 646,796-square-foot International Logistics Center (ILC). The three-building, speculative development is on the south side of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

The site will hold 118,634-square-foot, 203,476-square-foot and 324,686-square-foot buildings, with access to State Highways 360 and 183. ILC also provides an economic benefit because of ground-lease payments in lieu of real estate taxes. This, in turn, represents an operating expense savings of up to 25%, relative to other competitive buildings in the market. Furthermore, ILC is in Foreign Trade Zone #39, and benefits from a Triple Freeport Exemption.

Stream’s Cannon Green and Blake Kendrick have oversight of the project’s leasing activity.
