Groundbreaking Commences on 144-Unit Minneapolis MXU

Opus Group and Greco have launched construction on a 144-unit mixed use development in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. The project at 315 Seventh Ave. N. will also include 14,000 square feet of retail space. Completion is scheduled for late summer 2017.

The developers acquired the site, which once belonged to ABC Electronics, in June for $3.1 million. “This first-class mixed-use project is a great addition to one of the most popular neighborhoods in the country,” said Nick Murnane with Opus Development. “Together, our Opus and Greco team identified an unmet demand for additional quality housing in the vibrant North Loop neighborhood and we’re excited to be working together to bring this development to life.”
