Grocer Divests Indiana Distribution Center
Boston-based STAG Industrial, Inc. acquired a 478,744 square-foot asset in Lebanon, IN from an entity related to Purity Wholesale Grocers. The Class A distribution facility is located at 100 Purity Dr., and has served as Purity Wholesale Grocers’ distribution center.
Constructed in 2013, the facility offers institutional-quality specifications, including ample loading with the ability to expand, trailer storage and staging for more than 100 trailers, 140 truck courts and a 32-foot clear heights. The facility serves as the company’s primary distribution center. Purity Wholesale Grocers also distributes grocery and general merchandise nationally from distribution centers in California and New Jersey.
