GRID Launches Sales at Central Park North Condos

GRID Group has launched sales at 145 Central Park North, a boutique condominium project directly on Central Park with 37 one- to four-bedroom homes designed and built by GLUCK+ beginning at $1.25 million. The developer says the new property is the only one in the neighborhood providing views of Central Park in every unit.

“145 Central Park North is the culmination of many years spent meticulously mapping out an unconventional site,” said Yiannes Einhorn, principal at GRID Group. “The unique footprint of the development enabled us to capture views of the most spectacular skyline in the world for every residence and we’re thrilled to introduce these homes to the market.”

145 Central Park North launches sales on the heels of the Grid Group’s completion of 124 W. 16th St. and 246 W. 16th St. in Greenwich Village. The new property is slated for occupancy in the first quarter of 2021.
