Greenwich Associates Recommits to Stamford with 42K-SF Lease

Greenwich Associates has renewed its 41,928-square-foot lease for its headquarters at 6 High Ridge Park within Stamford, CT’s 590,000-square-foot High Ridge Park office complex. A leading global provider of market intelligence and advisory services for the financial services industry, the tenant has committed to remaining in Stamford on a long-term basis.

“After carefully examining the market, Greenwich Associates concluded that 6 High Ridge Park continued to be the best choice for their employees and for their clients,” said CBRE’s Colin Reilly.

With colleague Rob Crane, Reilly represented owner George Comfort & Sons. JLL represented Greenwich Associates.
