Greenstone Hires Investment Sales Veteran as SVP

Paul Tesdal has joined Greenstone Partners as SVP of investment sales. Specializing in the industrial, office and net lease sectors, Tesdal has closed more than $500 million in total sales over a 14-year period.

Tesdal has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, Commercial Real Estate Future Leader and NAIOP Rising Star, whose client engagements have included high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds, REITs and other institutional clients nationwide. He joins Greenstone after four years with Podolsky Circle.
