Green Courte Promotes Glascott to CIO
Private equity real estate firm Green Courte Partners has promoted Bill Glascott (pictured) to CIO. Glascott has risen steadily through the ranks since joining GCP as a managing director in 2012, becoming head of acquisitions in 2015 and reaching the level of deputy CIO this past March.
“Since joining us at GCP, Bill has been a major driver of our acquisitions and growth,” said chairman Randy Rowe. “In this expanded role, I am confident he will provide thoughtful and diligent leadership to our investment activities.”
Before joining GCP, Glascott was a VP of acquisitions at Hometown America LLC, one of the nation’s largest owner/operators of land-lease communities. In his new role with GCP, he will assume an expanded role related to strategic planning and investment activities, while continuing to oversee all acquisitions efforts.
