Graves Hospitality Begins Construction on 124-Key Moxy Uptown

Graves Hospitality launched construction on the 124-room Moxy Uptown, the first hotel property to be built in Minneapolis’ uptown neighborhood. The six-story hotel, at West Lake Street and Emerson Avenue South, is scheduled to deliver in fall 2017.

Marriott’s Moxy brand is a boutique hotel, targeted to younger travelers. As such, amenities include free WiFi, public spaces and a full-service bar. At the Moxy Uptown, the bar will double as the check-in desk. Also on tap for the hotel will be a first-floor lobby restaurant and retail.
