Grandview of Chisolm Trail Coming to Fort Worth

Ascend Partners and Civitas Senior Living are teaming to develop the 89-unit Grandview of Chisolm Trail, a boutique senior living community southwest of downtown Fort Worth. Groundbreaking on the project is scheduled for summer 2018. Grandview represents Ascend Partners’ first senior living project, but not the last. Also involved with the project is general contractor Ridgemont.

Amenities at Grandview will include private residences, chef-prepared meals, 24/7 professional care and concierge-style services. “We bring the polish and flair of fine hotels to the senior living experience,” said Ascend’s Anand Patel. He said his company is partnering with Civitas because of its decades of experience with senior living.
