Google Leases 30K SF of Boulder Office Space
Construction is currently underway on Google’s 330,000-square-foot office campus at 2930 Pearl St. in Boulder, CO. Now, the tech company leased an additional 30,000 square feet at 3333 Walnut St. Google is taking the entire second floor of the building.
The Walnut Street office will be used to supplement Google’s current locations. Employees are spread out over offices in the vicinity of 26th and Pearl. It’s estimated that as many as 200 employees could be working at the location.
“This space has much the same appeal as the Pearl Place campus, in that it is close to the transit center, pathways and our local operations,” Google’s Boulder site director told the Boulder Daily Camera. “We can’t wait to welcome more folks to the Google team here in Boulder.”
