Australia-based Goodman Group inked four leases totaling nearly two million square feet at a pair of Santa Fe Springs, CA industrial projects. Goodman marketing materials indicate JLL’s Zach Niles, Louis Tomaselli and Luke McDaniel handle leasing for the property at 12801 Excelsior Dr. Industry sources state David Bales of Lee & Associates represents Damco.

Goodman also leased 915,098 square feet at Goodman Logistics Center Santa Fe Springs, a 53-acre, three-building property at 12588 Florence Ave. (pictured above). The three deals include Fashion Nova for 408,635 square feet, RIM Logistics for 312,447 square feet and Funai Corporation for 194,016 square feet. CBRE’s Laird Perkins and Dan Berkenfield represented the landlord in the three deals, which bring the 1.2-million-square-foot Class A development to 100% leased.
