Ginder Named VP at Mid-America

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation has brought in Chelsey Ginder as a VP on the firm’s single tenant net lease investment sales team. Previously, she was VP of multi-tenant retail, office and industrial acquisitions at the publicly-traded VEREIT and its predecessor companies ARC Properties and Cole Capital.

In Ginder’s 10 years with VEREIT and its predecessors, she closed over $1 billion in transactions throughout the United States, with an emphasis on the Midwest and Western regions. Earlier in her career, she was an analyst with Starwood Capital Group, and before that at accounting firm EY.

Mid-America’s single-tenant net lease investment sales business focuses on retail, in common with the company’s broader platform. In recent weeks, the team that Ginder is joining has traded some 84 properties across a four-state region.
