GID Industrial Acquires Five-Building Business Park in Central Florida
Boston-based GID Industrial has acquired Bryan Dairy East Business Park, a five-building, 281,214-square-foot development in Tampa’s Pinellas County. The sales price was undisclosed.
The five buildings in Bryan Dairy East, which is located at 7300-7360 Bryan Dairy East Rd., were developed in 1998 and 1999 by Harrod Properties. The properties include, the 4,050-square-foot PNC Bank building; the 42,911-square-foot Building 7300; the 76,800-square-foot Building 7320; the 107,000-square-foot Building 7340; and the 50,453-square-foot Building 7360. All of the buildings are fully-leased, with the exception of Building 7360, which is 33% leased.
Bret Felberg, Jeff Morris, and John Dunphy of JLL represented the seller, LNR Partners LLC, a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust, in the transaction.
