GFI Markets Two Prewar Brooklyn MF Properties
Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.
GFI Realty Services senior director Shlomo Anebi is handling the sale of a portfolio of two prewar Brooklyn multifamily properties. Located at 347 Pacific St. in Boerum Hill (pictured) and 427 3rd Ave. in Gowanus, the two properties total 18 apartments and 11,640 square feet. The seller is asking $8.15 million.
“These properties are very well-located in their respective neighborhoods, providing residents with easy access to mass transit and a mix of stores and eateries,” said Anebi.
“With seven free-market units across the two buildings, there is a lot of untapped value in these properties. The seller is looking to divest of both buildings to redeploy capital to other investments, and he will consider offers for either one or both of these prize assets.”
