GFI Brings Washington Heights Apartments to Market
GFI Realty Services has listed 121-123 Haven Ave., a prewar multifamily building in Northern Manhattan’s Washington Heights neighborhood. Senior managing director Matt Sparks will oversee the marketing, with pricing targeted at $11.8-million.
121-123 Haven is a six-story walk-up apartment building comprised of 32 units and a cell phone antenna. The property has undergone significant capital improvements, as well as individual apartment improvements.
“The property benefits from its prime location in a desirable residential neighborhood, in close proximity to the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital campus,” said Sparks. “Columbia’s 15-story, 107,000-square-foot newly completed graduate and education facility recently opened across the street from 121-123 Haven Ave.”
Along with proximity to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Medical School, 121-123 Haven offers convenient access to the George Washington Bridge and the 1, A and C subway lines.
