Geodis Logistics Inks 350K-SF Industrial Lease in Northern Virginia

Freight transportation and logistics firm Geodis Logistics has signed a five-year, 348,500-square-foot industrial lease to distribute Red Bull products out of a warehouse in Winchester, VA.

The newly-developed speculative industrial property was created with precast concrete construction, 32-foot clear heights, 50-foot by 50-foot column spacing, 48 dock doors and 143 car parking spaces as well as an ESFR sprinkler system and LED energy-efficient lighting. The Red Bull product will be imported through the Virginia Inland Port, 20 miles from the property and distributed throughout the region using I-81.

Geodis was represented by ProVenture’s Brian Camp in the lease transaction. Jim Clarke, John Dettleff and Abbott Wallenborn of JLL represented the landlord, Equus Capital Partners.
